In one-to-one training, we address precisely those situations in which your employees are still unsure today – with direct reference to their role within the company.

Why train with me?
I am Ferenc Andrási, a native speaker of German with a technical background (Höhere technische Lehranstalt, Engineer), solid linguistic expertise, and many years of experience in adult education as a German trainer. For years, I have worked with professionals from industry, engineering, administration, IT, and services. I am familiar with operational workflows, technical and organizational documents, and the typical linguistic hurdles in everyday work. This combination of technical understanding and teaching practice enables training in which your employees are addressed not “like students” but as professionals on an equal footing.

This is especially important for non-native German-speaking specialists and managers: they do not need general everyday topics, but precise support for professional situations involving real responsibility.
